Information you choose to provide

Contact and demonstration forms collect the details shown on the form, such as your name, business email, organisation, role, phone number and enquiry. We use these to respond, arrange demonstrations and discuss your requested services. Required fields are marked. Please provide business contact details only; do not send patient records, diagnostic images, identity documents or other sensitive information through public forms.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The separate newsletter subscription is optional; you can unsubscribe using the message’s unsubscribe option or email us. Website browsing does not constitute consent to optional tracking.

Website providers and external services

Hostinger provides website hosting, content delivery, the native contact forms and consent controls. The Chinese demonstration form uses FormSubmit to forward your submission by email. Hosting and delivery services receive technical data, such as IP address, browser details and request information, to deliver and protect the site. We also use email services to respond to enquiries.

Product videos and brochures are delivered through Hostinger’s assets.zyrosite.com content network. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links take you to external services; information you share there is handled under their own terms and privacy notices. These links are optional.

Cookie Notice

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember choices or measure website use. Essential functions and storing your privacy choice are separate from optional analytics. The site’s consent panel lets you accept all available optional categories, reject optional technologies, or save a customised choice. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or contacting us.

Optional analytics: Hostinger’s Amplitude analytics measure website use and load only after analytics consent through Hostinger’s consent system. Google Analytics, Google Tag, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, AdSense and AdMob are not configured as website integrations at the date of this notice. Your information and your rights

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship and applicable legal, tax or dispute requirements, then take steps to delete or anonymise it. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Providers may process data outside Singapore; applicable transfer safeguards must be maintained.

Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, responding to a request may rely on steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries; optional analytics and newsletter subscriptions rely on consent. You may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, subject to applicable conditions. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may reasonably verify identity before responding.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website, digital services, healthcare technology services, product demonstration enquiries, business communications, and mobile applications provided by VITANIA PTE. LTD., including the mobile application “Chinese Poetry & Idioms”.

VITANIA PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based company providing healthcare technology, digital health solutions, product information, proof-of-concept support, and related digital services.

By using our website, services, or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, time zone, referring website, pages viewed, and website interaction information.

When you contact us, request a demo, submit an enquiry, or communicate with us, we may collect information such as your name, company or organisation name, job title, email address, phone number, country or region, and the content of your message.

For healthcare technology demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, business collaborations, or institutional enquiries, we may process business contact information, project requirements, deployment information, and other information provided by authorised representatives of hospitals, clinics, care institutions, research organisations, distributors, vendors, or business partners.

Our public website is not intended for the submission of patient-identifiable medical records, diagnostic images, clinical case files, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data unless this has been specifically agreed in writing and supported by appropriate safeguards.

2. Mobile Application: Chinese Poetry & Idioms

“Chinese Poetry & Idioms” is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn Chinese poetry, idioms, vocabulary, and related language knowledge.

The current version of Chinese Poetry & Idioms does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, precise location, or government identification numbers.

The app may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect or process certain device and usage information, including device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, diagnostics, and technical information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Users may manage advertising personalisation and privacy settings through their device settings or Google account settings.

If the app uses app store services, crash reporting, or analytics tools, such services may process technical and diagnostic data to help us improve app performance, stability, security, and user experience.

If the app offers paid features or in-app purchases in the future, payment processing will be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment card details from app store purchases.

Chinese Poetry & Idioms may be used by students and families for educational purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Where we work with hospitals, clinics, care institutions, research organisations, or other institutional partners, project-specific data handling may be governed by separate agreements, institutional approvals, study protocols, data protection terms, or internal policies of the relevant institution.

Unless expressly agreed and authorised, VITANIA does not use publicly submitted website enquiry forms to collect patient-identifiable medical records, diagnostic images, or clinical case materials.

Our website and app content do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We do not sell users’ personal data.

We may share data where necessary and appropriate with:

• Service providers supporting website hosting, email, cloud infrastructure, analytics, security, or app operations;
